Return Of Goods;

Our Terms Are Very Simple:

Goods Can Only Be Returned Within 7 Days And Exchanged For Another Item – Sorry No Refunds.
Goods Cannot Be Returned If You Simply Change Your Mind After 7 Days From Purchase Date.

In Order To Return A Garment - The Items Must:
⁃ Be Received In Original Condition - Unworn, Unwashed, With All Tags Still Attached.
⁃ No Smell Of Ladies Perfume/Deodorant So Please Take Due Care When Trying On Your Order.
Returned Items Not Received In Their Original State Will Be Automatically Returned To The Customer. Bella Bridesmaids Reserve The Right To Reject A Return If we conclude It Is Not In A New Condition.

- We do not have to provide an exchange if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
- Exchange of dresses is possible within 7 days. All dresses are carefully checked before being sent out and we will not send dresses with marks or rips on them.

We also cannot exchange for issues with marks or tears etc on the dresses. We check the dresses extensively before they leave us and would not send anything that is not 100 %. So please do not be offended when we decline your request.

No refunds will be given - exchanged only for another item

LAYBY: we require a 20% non refundable deposit to be made within 3 days of purchase, and remaining balance is to be paid within 5 weeks. You are automatically approved. If the layby is cancelled the 20% deposit will be not be refunded.

We understand that online shopping can sometimes be hard, as it’s difficult to know how clothes are going to fit without trying them on. So, if for any reason you’re not happy with any items you order you can exchange them within 7 days after purchase for an exchange only. No refunds will be given.

We will reply to all emails but in the event that you have not received a response within 24 hours then please check your junk box, spam & pop-up filters.

We check the dresses extensively before they leave us and would not send anything that is not 100 %. So please do not be offended when we decline your request. If we are not happy with the returned item we will keep the re-handling fee mentioned above.

No Refunds – exchange for another item only

Please check the size chart carefully for sizes. We are not responsible for the issue of you buying the wrong sizing when we supply a size chart to go by and you just need to check this chart with your measurements. Any issues contact us prior to ordering we are happy to help.

Occasionally the dress you order may be sold out - if so we will contact you and order the garment in for you - usually taking around two weeks.

Sometimes orders are held up through customs - so we recommend that you give yourself plenty of time. This is out of our control and while we do our best we cannot change the time it takes for delivery.

Bella Bridesmaid Shipping/Postage:

We use overnight couriers for shipping, all goods should arrive in 1-3 working days, contact us immediately if you didn’t receive the goods within that time frame. If you order and it has sold out prior to this through our retail shop we will contact you and advise you of the ETA for the purchase.

Deliberate selection of incorrect shipping option (selecting non-rural when based in rural location) in order to avoid freight charges will result in a delay in shipping.

We will not refund courier charges as this is a cost we cannot recoup.
