Bridesmaids Terms and Conditions
Our Terms Are Very Simple:
Goods can only be returned within 7 days and exchanged for another
Item or store credit – Sorry we do not offer Refunds. Goods cannot be returned if you simply change
your mind after 7 Days from purchase date.
If dresses returned for a store credit, with no exchange, a 20% restocking fee will apply automatically.
In order to return a garment - The items must be:
⁃Received in original condition - Unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached
within the 7 day time frame.
⁃ No odour
of Perfume/deodorant etc or marks (make-up etc) so please take due care when trying
on your Order.A cleaning fee will apply to any dresses that are not returned in original condition
- Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically
returned to the customer. Bella Bridesmaids reserve the right to reject a return
If we conclude It Is not In new condition. All dresses are carefully checked
before being sent out and we will not send dresses with marks or rips on them
or in any defective way at all. We would not send anything that is not 100%. So
please do not be offended when we decline your request.
LAYBY: we require a 20% non-refundable deposit to be made
and the remaining balance is to be paid within 6 weeks IIf the layby is
cancelled the 20% deposit will be not be refunded.
We will reply to all emails but if you have not received a
response within 48 hours then please check your junk box, spam & pop-up
We at Bella Bridesmaids are happy to order dresses for you if
we don't have your sizing or colour here in stock.Dresses will take approximately two to three weeks to come
in store so we ask that if you are needing to order please give at least three
weeks before contacting us.We do our best and the time frame is approximate as with
customs, overseas holidays, couriers and freight companies there sometimes is
hold ups which is out of our hands.
Please be patient and know we are just ordering and not at
all in control of the freight companies so if for whatever reason there is a
difference in the time it takes to get the dresses here it is not Bella Bridesmaids issue.We recommend that you order 8 weeks prior to your event to
allow for there to be any issues with the shipping times and to alleviate and
avoid unnecessary stress.
One Off Special Order:
We have a great range of one off gowns in-store and we are
happy to do a special order for you, tailored to what you are after.Payment in full is expected at the time of
ordering and if cancelled there is no exchange or credit option available.So please choose carefully.
Please ensure that you check the size chart for the correct
sizing upon ordering as we will not be responsible for you ordering the
Occasionally the dress you order may be sold out - if so we
will contact you and order the garment in for you - this usually taking around
Courier Shipping NZ
We use overnight couriers for shipping, all goods should
arrive in 1-3 working days, contact us immediately if you didn’t receive the
goods within that time frame.
Deliberate selection of incorrect shipping option (selecting
non-rural when based in rural location) to avoid freight charges will result in
a delay in shipping.Any exchange orders will be charged a return courier fee.This is required to be paid in full before item can be sent back to you.We will not refund courier charges as this is a cost we

After your purchase has been confirmed, you will be notified. We accept credit
card payment, bank deposit and online banking transfer. Lack of information will delay your parcel,
so please ensure all information is correct. It takes one working day for
payment to show up. Eftpos is available in-store.
Dresses can be picked up during the week 9am to 4pm or
Saturday by arrangement.
Accuracy of Content:
We take every care to ensure that the description and

cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the

time of display and subject to variation without notice. We will do our best to
