We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully. If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act. Provided that it is within 7 days, we are happy to exchange a product if the product is in its as new condition with all packaging and tags.
In the event that we do not have the physical stock of the item you have ordered, we will contact you and then get it ordered in. This can take up to 3-4 weeks. Please contact us before buying if you need a product urgently so we can confirm that we hold the physical stock.
Please ensure that you check the size chart for the correct sizing upon ordering as we will not be responsible for you ordering the incorrect sizes.
Collection of Purchases
Purchases can be collected by arrangement Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday 10am to 4pm.
Accuracy of Content
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Prices on our site are current at the time of display and subject to variation without notice, We will do our best to display accurate descriptions and pricing but are unable to warrant that the product descriptions or other content of the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error free. We shall not be liable for any personal loss or damage which may arise from the use of any information contained in any of the materials on the website.
National shipping costs are determined at the time of ordering. International shipping costs will be determined after you have made your order. You will receive a final invoice which is then required to be paid prior to your order being sent. All shipping is tracked.
