We have a 48 hour exchange policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request to exchange it. You can exchange the item for another size, or style of equal or greater value. This excludes Flower Girl Dresses which can not be exchanged and any item that is on Sale. Also any Pre-loved item is unable to be exchanged or returned.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not refund any purchase, only exchange.
To advise of an exchange, you can contact us at bellabridesmaids@xtra.co.nz. If your request is accepted, you will need to pay for the return of the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Item must be returned immediately after acceptance. Any item not received within 7 days, will not be accepted. Shipping of the return item is to be arranged by the purchaser.
Only One Exchange can be made.Â
 A shipping charge will apply to send out any replacement item.
If you are unable to find an item that is suitable to exchange, you have 3 Months from the time of acceptance of the return item to choose an alternative product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
We can not accept exchange or refunds on any Sale item.

If a dress is ordered specifically for the customer, then no exchange can be made unless approved by Bella Bridesmaids
Pre-loved items can not be exchanged or refunded.
Refunds
A refund will only be approved and given , if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item and we are unable to provide a replacement immediately.Â
