Shipping policy

We offer an overnight courier service within New Zealand.  You can choose with or without signature.

If without signature option is chosen, then all risk is taken by the purchaser if the item goes missing.  No refunds will be approved.

If an item needs to be exchanged, return shipping of the item needs to be arranged by the purchaser. Item needs to be returned before replacement will be sent.  A courier fee to send the new replacement will also need to be paid before replacement item is to be sent out.
